Frequently Asked Questions

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Depending on the session you booked I am usually very flexible when it comes to rescheduling. Cancellation on the other hand will need to happen within 48 hours of the session and will come with consequences for canceling. Please communicate!!

Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes, I do. Once I have your photos uploaded I will send you a link to an album on Pixieset! Then you have all access and rights to share and print them!!

Do you Travel?

Yes, I do. I mostly travel around central Iowa. Depending on where the session is being held I may have to add on a travel fee but we will communicate that before.

Can we meet before the session?

Yes of course! Any questions you have about your session or planning I would love to be able to set up a time to meet with you!

How long till I receive the final photos?

Depending on the session it can be anywhere from a few days to 1-3 weeks. I know how eager you are to see your photos just as much as I am so I strive to get you your photos as soon as possible!
